What is a VIP Access Week?
VIP Access Week is a special, limited-time offer where our Loyalty Members can have access to exclusive Merch Items, Gift Sets, and Gifts with Purchase offers.
When does the VIP Access Week start?
The event happens in two exciting phases:
- Early Access for Top Tier (Golden Goddess) starts on February 13 at 8 pm GST
- Access for all Huda's VIPs Loyalty Members starts on February 14 at 8 pm GST
When does the VIP Access Week end?
If you are a Huda’s VIPs Loyalty Member, you have exclusive access to the limited-time VIP Access Event until stocks last
How do I unlock access to the VIP Access Week?
It’s super easy! If you are already enrolled in our Huda’s VIPs Loyalty Program, just log in to your account using your registered email address to get access to the event.
How do I become a Huda's VIPs Loyalty Member?
You can become a Huda's VIPs Loyalty Member by creating an account on our website here. Once you have created your account and verified your email address, please ensure that you enroll in the program by agreeing to the terms and conditions here.
Will I be eligible for this offer if I am a new customer?
Yes, you can still be eligible for the VIP Access Week if you’ve just created your account or at any time during the event. Please just ensure that you have enrolled in the Loyalty Program here by agreeing to the terms and conditions.
Are items in my cart reserved?
No, items in your cart are not saved or reserved. Products can sell out or become unavailable before you complete your purchase, so we recommend checking out as soon as you can.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or update your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible through our Contact Us form (linked here).
Cancellations and/or address changes aren’t guaranteed, even if you contact us right after placing the order. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests where possible.
Once your order is placed, we cannot make any updates including changing items/shades, adding or removing items, including free gifts or samples.
Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.
What happens if an item goes out of stock after I order?
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:
- We will let you know as soon as possible.
- A refund will be issued for that item (if applicable)
What if my order is damaged or missing items?
If you are experiencing issues with your order, please just reach out to us through our Contact Us form (linked here) , and we’ll do our best to resolve them. Please note that replacements for the same item/s may not be possible if the items are no longer available
Can I return items purchased during the VIP Access Week?
Yes, all items purchased during the VIP Access Event can be returned following our standard return policy (linked here).
