REWARDS & PROMOTIONS

Your points may have been exchanged to a promo code that was generated when you hit 'redeem' on your points at the cart or check out page. 

The points won't actually show up again on your point balance but if you have not used it yet, it is still valid. You just need to use the same code again when you want to place your order, the code is valid for 1 year from when it was issued.

The code will be saved in your Earned rewards, visible under order summary at checkout, so you can just reapply the code in the promo code box, from this section, on your next order

Earning points is easy! You will earn points every time you make a purchase (as long as you are logged in to your Huda's VIPs account) your points will be added to your account 24 hours after your order is placed.

You can also earn bonus points from time to time. To keep up to date with any bonus points available and the rewards available, check out our rewards page.

If a purchase is refunded for any reason, the associated reward points will be deducted from your point balance.

There are currently 3 tiers as part of the Rewards Program: 

• Tier 1: BRONZED BEAUTY
• Tier 2: SILVER SIREN
• Tier 3: GOLDEN GODDESS

Your tier will be defined by the amount that you spend in a year.  As you move up the VIP Tiers, you will be entitled to more exclusive benefits and offers. You can check out our Rewards Page for full info on what's included in each tier.  

You can also view your current status, points balance, and how much you need to spend to reach the next tier in the Rewards Page once logged in.

You need at least 150 points in order to redeem points against an order. For example:

• 150 points will get you $15* off your order 
• 300 points will get you $30* off your order 
• 450 points will get you $45* off your order 

[All point earn rates are standardized across all currencies, using USD as the base currency. Currency conversions are calculated using live exchange rates sourced from XE Foreign Exchange and may vary based on real-time market fluctuations. For example, a spend of £0.74 GBP earns 1 point.] 

When you select 'REDEEM" your points will be exchanged for a coupon code that can be entered at checkout to get your discount. You can only use one code per order, so please only REDEEM your points in exchange for your code when you intend to make a purchase.

Please note:  Points are not earned on any brand partnerships products, including but not limited to Beauty Works x Huda Hair Extensions purchases. If your cart contains other brand items, the code will only apply to elgible products.  

If you have enough points available to redeem a discount on your order, you will see the option to 'Redeem Your Points' at checkout. You must be logged into your Huda's VIPs account for this to be available. 

You can select the amount you would like to redeem from the dropdown on the checkout page. This will auto apply your Rewards Discount Code to your order and you will see the discount being applied to your cart. 

If for any reason, you don't complete your order at this stage you will be able to view your Rewards Discount Code when logged in to your Huda's VIPs account and you can use this on your next order, just enter the code in the coupon code box at checkout.

Anyone can enrol in Huda's VIPs! Joining the program is completely free, no purchase is required to become a BRONZED BEAUTY.

If you already have a Huda Beauty account, you just need to join & agree to the terms & conditions to join the loyalty program on the Huda’s Rewards Page.

Points will not be backdated for orders placed before the launch of the Rewards Program (June 15th 2021). If you would prefer to be removed from the program, just let us know.

From time to time, we may offer free gift/s when you make a purchase on the site. These offers are for a limited time period and will be advertised directly on the site. It may also be communicated via our subscription marketing emails, SMS.

• Offers are available while stocks last
• Exclusions may apply 
  
• Where an offer is tied to a qualifying product, purchasing multiple qualifying products will not result in additional free gifts. Each free gift will only be added once per order
• If the item you have paid for is eligible for return, and you wish to return it, the 'Free Gift Item' should also be returned or you may not be eligible for a full refund
• Coupon codes may not be eligible alongside 'Free Gift with Purchase' offers (this excludes codes issued in exchange for loyalty points. If your loyalty code does not work, please let us know)
• The 'Qualifying Spend' for 'Free Gift with Purchase' offers is calculated after any eligible coupon code is applied to cart and before any taxes have been calculated on the cart value
• The 'Free Gift item' should be visible on your cart at checkout - if the item is not in your cart this item will not be included in your order.  If it has not been added to your cart, or you are unable to add it for any reason, the promotion may have ended or stock may no longer be available. • In the event that stock becomes unavailable for the "Free Gift", Huda Beauty may amend the item, however, this does not usually happen

If the original qualifying item is eligible for return then it remains eligible for return even if you received a Free Gift with it, however, if you wish to return the original qualifying item the 'Free Gift' should also be returned to receive a full refund.

The threshold is always prior to taxes and after any discounts being applied. If you are unable to view the gift in your cart, please ensure there are no discount codes applied that are reducing your order threshold below the minimum required threshold. If using loyalty points; the threshold is calculated before applying the code.

Once eligible, the gift/s will be unlocked and must be manually added in the cart, these are not automatically added.

Promo codes are valid on all products excluding the below: 

• products which are already discounted as part of a sale or promotion, this includes discounted sets, bundles and some site promotions.
• Beauty Works x Huda Hair Extensions

This may be the reason why your code is not being applied. If your cart includes multiple products, the code will only apply on eligible items.

If you're trying to use your 10% welcome code, this requires a minimum spend of $80 and only applies to full-priced products (excluding Beauty Works x Huda Hair Extensions), valid for your first purchase. 

If you're using a code exchanged from Huda's VIP Rewards, this can be applied even on sale or promotional items (excluding Beauty Works x Huda Hair Extensions). Only one loyalty discount can be applied per order.

If a Huda's VIP Rewards code isn't being accepted, please double-check it's been entered correctly, then send us a screenshot of the error along with your code details so we can look into it for you.

We are unable to process refunds for promo codes that have not been successfully redeemed on an order at checkout. 

You can submit your application to our Ambassador Program as a Pro MUA to earn rewards and get access to exclusive perks as part of our Huda's Beauties program. 

Please note applications are reviewed and subject to approval.

Unfortunately not! Gift cards are not available to purchase as yet, but it's something we are looking to introduce in the near future.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently provide a gift receipt with your order. Many of our shipments are shipping internationally and we are required to include an invoice copy for customs clearance.

As an online business our prices change based on product availability, promotions, and demand. Items may change price after you've purchase them, on our website or with our authorized retailers.

In this case, we are unable to offer a refund or credit for the difference in price.

We do have limited campaigns and offers than run from time-to-time on our website hudabeauty.com. To be updated on when these happen, we would recommend subscribing to our newsletter on the website. 

By signing up to our newsletter, you will also receive a 10% discount code for your first order with a minimum spend of $80. To sign up to the newsletter, please visit hudabeauty.com and scroll to the end where you will see a section to provide your email address, you will receive the code within 24 hours of signing up. If you create an account on Huda's VIPs loyalty program, you will get a bonus of 15 points added to your account.
