What is the Cyber Craze Event?
The Cyber Craze Event is a special, limited time offer where you can get up to 80% off on selected products. You don’t need to use any promo code. Discounted items are clearly marked — just add them to your cart, and the discount is automatically applied.
When does the Cyber Craze Event start?
The event happens in two exciting phases:
- Early Access starts on November 16 at 12 PM GST
- Public Sale starts on November 20 at 12 PM GST
Who gets Early Access and when?
Early Access is available on:
- November 16 12 PM GST: For Legend and Icon Huda’s VIP members
- November 17 12 PM GST: For other customers who signed up to the Cyber Craze mailing list by November 15 12 PM GST
How do I unlock Early Access to the Cyber Craze Event?
It’s super easy! Just log in to your account using the email address for one of the following:
- Your Huda's VIP account (Legend or Icon tier)
- The Cyber Craze mailing list (You must have signed up by November 15 12 PM GST)
How do I know if a product is discounted?
- Discounted items will be clearly marked on the product page, in your cart, and at checkout.
- If you don’t see a discount at checkout, the item might not be part of the Cyber Craze Event, or the promotion may have ended.
- Always double-check before you complete the transaction.
Are items in my cart reserved?
No, items in your cart are not saved or reserved. Products can sell out or become unavailable before you complete your purchase, so we recommend checking out as soon as you can.
Can I use promo codes during the Cyber Craze Event?
- Only promo codes exchanged from loyalty points will work during the Cyber Craze Event. If your code is not working, please reach out to us.
- Other promo codes won’t be valid during this period
Will my order take longer to arrive?
Yes, it might, but we’re doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because of high demand during the sale, order processing times may be a bit longer than usual.

Can I change or cancel my order?
- If you need to cancel or update your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible through our Contact Us form (linked here).
- We’ll do our best to help, but cancellations or address changes aren’t guaranteed, even if you contact us right away.
- Once your order is confirmed, we can’t make any updates like changing shades, adding or removing items, or editing gifts or samples.
- Once an order is cancelled, it can’t be reinstated.
What happens if an item goes out of stock after I order?
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:
- We will let you know as soon as possible.
- A refund will be issued for that item.
What if my order is damaged or missing items?
If you are experiencing issues with your order, please just reach out to us through our Contact Us form (linked here) and we’ll do our best to resolve them. Please note, replacements for the same item/s may not be possible if the items are no longer available
Can I return items from the Cyber Craze Sale?
- Cyber Craze Sale items: Final sale, these cannot be returned.
- Regularly priced items (not part of the sale): Can be returned following our standard return policy (linked here).
