What happens if my order is returned or canceled?

If all items on an order have been returned or cancelled, a coupon code for the same amount as the code used on your order will be issued. In case of a partial return, loyalty points will not be reinstated and codes exchanged against points will not be reissued. However, we will process a refund for the item value before the discount was applied.

It is possible your account could have a negative balance after any items are returned. If for any reason an item is canceled from your order (due to unavailability) the points for that item would be deducted from your balance.
